Calculation of line bushings

Here you can specify and calculate your special line bushing. Select the size of conductor, length and quantity (max. 50) of the required wire. Mixed sizes are possible

Procedure

The required thread size for this application can be found be using the Find Button (especially with different cross sections of strands) der Litzen hilfreich) or be determined by opening the selection list itself.(please don't choose a smaller than automatically found size).
For strand sizes < 90mm² we strongly recommend to use a '2-path line bushing' for the ease of installation Info 2-path line bushing-->. Make a 'normal' calculation, send it as an inquiry and use the comment text field to write down '2-path'.
If you need M20, M25 or M32 long (overall length 46mm) please choose MXX long. Then you can calculate the price by using Calculate/Order button and order the line bushing directly.  
If you got a password from Quintex you can use it to get your special pricing.
Without a password you can calculate the price of the line bushing and a quantity discount will be taken in account based on your needed quantity.
For new data input use the Reset  button first please.

(Attention: if you change please recalculate size again, all thread gradients are 1,5 / M10 = 1.0)

Please note: Gap lengths less than 25mm may only be used up to 2 liters of free volume (pluggable and 2-path line bushing)!!
If you choose a smaller thread size as calculated we must check your selection at Quintex afterwards
